The Ada-Borup Booster Club would like to offer each of our senior class students one free yard sign to celebrate our students. Additional signs can be purchased for $12 per item. Cash or check can be mailed to the school for the additional signs. Please send monies to Ada-Borup High School. Please enter the student's first and last name in the Google Form below followed by the number of desired signs. A (1 sign) indicates just the Booster Club sponsored sign and is free of charge. A (2 signs) indicates a free sponsored sign and one purchased yard sign. We would like to order signs as soon as possible. The deadline for competing this survey is Thursday, April 23rd at 3:00 PM.
