Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota license as a School Social Worker
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in providing individual and group counseling
Ability to support students and families in navigating school, community, and mental health resources

Long-Term Substitute Teacher
Location: Ada-Borup-West School District, Ada, Minnesota

Ada-Borup-West School District is seeking a dedicated and adaptable long-term substitute teacher to join our team for the second half of the school year. This role will involve covering multiple employee leaves starting in January and continuing through the remainder of the school year, providing continuity in education for our students.
Responsibilities:
Deliver effective instruction across different classrooms and grade levels as needed.
Follow lesson plans and curriculum guidelines to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the needs of diverse student groups.
Collaborate with regular staff to support student success.
Qualifications:
Must hold or be eligible for a valid Minnesota teaching license in the applicable areas.
